We would very much like to know why you have decided not to continue with Katana, so we could improve the software to avoid hurtful breakups in the future. To cancel your subscription:

1. Log in to your Katana account here: www.katanamrp.com/login.

2. Click on your company name in the upper right corner and select "Subscription".

3. Click "Manage your subscription".

4. Click "Cancel Subscription".


Your subscription is now canceled and no additional charges will occur in the future. You will be able to use your account until the end of the current billing cycle (i.e. until the end of your previous month's subscription).

If you wish to reactivate your account after canceling, navigate back to the subscription management page and click "Reactivate Subscription". This is possible until the end of the current billing cycle.
