Note: This guide only applies if you initiated the integration from Katana software. If you integrated Katana to Shopify via Shopify App Store, then you can only disconnect via the "Apps" section of your Shopify store account.

To disconnect your Shopify account from Katana:

1. Go to "Settings" and click on "Integrations" tab.

2. Find a Shopify logo and click on "Disconnect".

Your Sales Orders are no longer pulled from your Shopify account to Katana.

You can reconnect the previous store or a new Shopify store at any time by following the process described in this article.
