You can easily export a Purchase order (PO) with all order lines from Katana to a CSV or XLSX file. This allows for further processing or analysis of a PO.

You can export both Open and Done Purchase orders. Navigate to the Buy screen and click on the Open or Done tab depending on which orders you want to export.

To export all orders in the list, click on the Export icon at the top corner of the list.

To export only selection either select or filter the orders you want to export.

Each item row (and additional cost row) in the exported file is one order line, not a full order. If you have more than one line on an order, there will be multiple rows for this order in the exported file. This enables analyzing purchasing at the product level.
