The TikTok shop feature enables users to upload their curated products on TikTok for others to discover and purchase.
By connecting Katana to a TikTok shop via Pipe17, you can automate workflows such as:
Send sales orders from TikTok to Katana
Push inventory levels from Katana to TikTok
Sync fulfillment from Katana to TikTok
How it works
With this integration via Pipe17, Katana acts as the main source of truth for inventory. TikTok sales orders (SOs) are pushed to Katana as Not delivered SOs, products are matched based on SKUs, and if a Katana SO is marked Delivered with tracking info, Pipe17 sends this info to the TikTok order as fulfilled or partially fulfilled.
Note: There is a 1-hour buffer period for inventory reconciliation from Katana to TikTok.
Orders that use “Fulfilled by TikTok”, are typically not pushed to Katana via Pipe17. However, if necessary for reporting purposes, Pipe17 can push orders (with their related products and tracking data) to Katana as Done SOs. If needed, contact Pipe17 team to set up the account for this.

Note: TikTok authentication in Pipe17 requires a master account. Accounts below a master will not have sufficient permissions.
After clicking Connect, the TikTok Seller Portal opens another window to request authorization for Pipe17. Once granted, you will be successfully connected.
With your account connected to TikTok, review the order flow to ensure the setup is as you want it.
TikTok can edit or modify orders within an hour of the order being placed. Pipe17 suggests adding a 60-minute order hold for all TikTok orders.
Placing a hold on orders during their modification period helps ensure that orders aren't routed or information submitted before it's been updated (if there has been a change).
For any product push, you need to create two warehouses in Tiktok: the Pickup Warehouse and the Return Warehouse (even if both locations are the same physical location). You can decide whether to map those to a single Katana location or manage those locations separately.
You'll alos need to configure Shipping Options and Shipping Templates. See more info.
Your TikTok shop should now be connected to Katana via Pipe17.
