Katana's integration with HubSpot makes it possible to connect your HubSpot account with Katana and its inventory and production management. This integration simplifies order fulfillment while keeping inventory and related production under control.

When you're ready, connecting HubSpot to Katana is relatively simple and should only take a few minutes.

Note: You need to be on a Professional plan or higher in HubSpot.

What syncs between HubSpot and Katana

Once connected, Katana automatically pulls in deals from HubSpot and saves them as sales orders (SOs). You can configure which sales pipeline and deal stage will be used when sending deals over to be turned into SOs, and all future deals will be imported automatically when reaching that stage.

Katana creates SOs from existing deals currently in the configured pipeline stage as soon as the integration is activated.

Details of syncing:

  • Choose whether the HubSpot deal's personal contact or company will be imported as a customer in Katana.

  • Katana uses SKUs to match products on deal line items. A new item will be imported when there's no SKU and no other item with the same name.

  • Data about product stock availability is pushed from Katana to HubSpot.

  • SOs imported into Katana will use the default sales location (defined in the Locations settings) for fulfillment.
