How to connect HubSpot to Katana

Seamlessly connect Katana with HubSpot for efficient order and inventory management.

Connecting HubSpot to your Katana account allows you to easily work between both software and really get the most out of each through syncing. When you're ready, connecting HubSpot to Katana is relatively simple and should only take a few minutes.

Connecting HubSpot

  1. Click the puzzle icon in the top navigation bar to open the Integration marketplace.

  2. Find the HubSpot card and click Connect.

  3. You will then be prompted to log in to HubSpot or choose a HubSpot account to connect to by clicking Choose account.

  4. Review the permission requests (Katana will request access to read deals, products, contacts and companies, as well as read and write deals and product properties

  5. Once confirmed, you'll be redirected to Katana's HubSpot setup page.

Setting up HubSpot with Katana involves setting up specific workflows and choosing how data is mapped

After you've finished with the configuration, activate the sync by clicking Activate on the setup page.

Once activated, Katana will automatically pull in deals from HubSpot and save them as sales orders (SOs). Katana creates SOs from existing deals currently in the configured pipeline stage. All future deals will be imported automatically when reaching that stage.
