You can remove unwanted line items from a sales order (SO) in just a couple of clicks.
Steps to delete a row
Open the SO where you want to remove a row.
Locate the row (line item) you want to delete.
At the end of the row, click the + (more options) button.
From the dropdown menu, select Delete.
The row will be removed immediately from the SO.
Notes & tips
If you delete a row by mistake, you can re-add it manually using the + Add row option.
Deleting a row will also remove the related quantity from the order totals.
This action cannot be undone — be sure before confirming deletion.
