If you need to select multiple rows in a list or table without clicking each one individually, you can use bulk select.

This feature lets you select a range of items quickly using the Shift + click shortcut.

  1. In any Katana table or list, click the first checkbox at the start of the range you want to select.

  2. Hold down the Shift key on your keyboard.

  3. While holding Shift, click the checkbox at the other end of the range.

  4. Katana will automatically select all rows in between the two checkboxes.

Example

  • Click the checkbox for the first item.

  • Hold Shift and click the last item in the range.

  • All items between the first and last will be selected.

Tips

  • Bulk select works whether you start from the top or bottom of the list.
