You can print stock adjustments in Katana to keep a physical record or save them as PDFs for digital filing. This can be done from individual stock adjustment cards or in bulk from the stock overview.


How to print a single stock adjustment

  1. Go to the Stock screen in Katana.

  2. Open the Stock adjustment you wish to print (this opens the stock adjustment card).

  3. Click the Print button at the top right of the adjustment card.

  4. Choose your printer β€” or select Save as PDF to download a copy.

How to print stock adjustments in bulk

  1. Go to the Stock screen > Stock adjustments tab.

  2. Select the adjustments you want to print:

    • Click individual rows, or

    • Hold Shift, click two rows, and all rows in between will be selected.

  3. Click the Print icon.

  4. Choose a printer or select Save as PDF.
