You can print an outsourced purchase order (OPO) in five different formats to suit different needs such as internal documentation, supplier communication, and inventory labeling.

You also have the option to save the OPO as a PDF.

What’s included in printouts?

The purchase order and Request for Quote (RFQ) printouts include:

Available print formats

Here are the 5 formats you can choose from:

  1. Purchase order

Example of a purchase order printout

Includes all data from the Purchase items tab (except “Track ingredients in location” and ingredient availability).

  2. Request for Quote (RFQ)

Example of a request for quote printout

Similar to the Purchase order, but excludes cost or price data for the items.

  3. Bills of Materials (BOM)

    Example of a BOM printout

Includes all data from the Track ingredients tab except ingredient cost data.

  4. Consolidated pick list

Example of a consolidated pick list printout

Provides a list of all ingredients needed, including quantities and ingredient location details.

  5. Barcodes

    Example of a barcode printout

Generates individual barcode labels for each item variant or batch.

Want to customize the layout?

You can fully customize any of these print templates using Katana’s flexible PDF Editor. Adjust layouts, data fields, and add special components like barcodes, images, or logos.
