How to get started with LilyPad Vortex
First, head over to their website and request to connect with them.
Once you've been contacted and the service paid for, you will receive a welcome email.
A welcome email will introduce LilyPad and lay out the process.
The email will include a link where the user will find LilyPad's User License Agreement.
LilyPad then builds the user's Vortex instance
After LilyPad receives the setup request, it will build the user's instance of LilyPad Vortex and connect it to their Katana account.
After building their site and successfully connecting it to Katana, you will receive a ‘setup complete’ email, which will let them know their site is ready and to schedule training with the Lilypad team.
The training consists of training the managers on the key settings of the LilyPad Vortex setup, as well as an overall order flow review
