If you have several sales orders to add to Katana, try using the Katana extension to import them into your account more easily.
Step-by-step guide
Download the Chrome extension.
From the link, click Add to Chrome (requires the Chrome web browser).
After you've finished installing, return to Katana and open the Buy screen.
Open the Katana extension and you'll see an option to upload a file for purchase orders.
Review the details and scroll to the bottom. If everything is correct, you can create a purchase order(s).
