Deleting an open Manufacturing order (MO) will remove it from the Schedule tab and affect stock levels.

Related stock movements

  • Committed quantities for related materials and subassemblies (based on Product recipe / BOM) will be reduced.

  • Expected quantity for the product will be decreased.

How to delete a Manufacturing order?

  1. Navigate to Make screen β†’ Schedule tab.

  2. Find the relevant MO in the list and click on it to open the MO card.

  3. Click on the 3-dots at the top corner of the MO card and select Delete from the drop-down menu.

  4. Click Yes in the pop-up window to delete.

Caution! Deleting a Done MO will also change the stock quantities as In stock will be decreased for the product and increased for the materials and subassemblies included in the Product recipe / BOM.

Delete Manufacturing orders in bulk

You can also delete Manufacturing orders in bulk directly from Make screen β†’ Schedule tab by selecting the relevant Manufacturing orders, and clicking on the trash can icon.
