The production is not yet started. When you create a Manufacturing Order, the MO has a status of "Not started" by default.

Related inventory movements: Relevant ingredients in your inventory are "Committed" and the product you manufacture is shown as "Expected".

When the production starts, change the MO status to "Work in progress". This indicates that the production is ongoing.

Related inventory movements: This does not trigger any movements in inventory, the relevant ingredients are still "Committed" and the product is "Expected".

Use the "Blocked" status when there is a problem with the production and you wish to put the production process on hold for a certain period. This means that the production is not ongoing and no one should work on this order.

Related inventory movements: This does not trigger any movements in inventory, the relevant ingredients are still "Committed" and the product is "Expected".

The production is finished. Manufacturing Order is automatically moved to the "Done" section of the "Schedule" and a Done date will be assigned to the MO.

Related inventory movements: "In Stock" and "Committed" quantities for ingredients are decreased, "In Stock" for the product you manufactured is increased and "Expected" quantity for the product decreased.
