Quickly and safely delete customer profiles in Katana (individually or in bulk), to keep your contact list up-to-date.

Removing customers from your database in Katana is fairly straightforward. Whether you need to delete a single customer or multiple entries at once, this guide provides clear steps to ensure your contacts screen remains accurate.

Delete Customers individually:

  1. Navigate to Contacts screen > Customers table, choose a customer by clicking on them. This will open a customer card.

  2. Click the 3-dots at the top corner of the customer card and select Delete from the drop-down menu.

Delete Customers in bulk:

  1. Navigate to Contacts screen > Customers table and check all of the boxes for customers you want to delete.

  2. You should see a trashcan icon near the top right of the table. Click this to delete the selected customers.
