This guide explains how to set up a Make (formerly Integromat) workflow that automatically marks an order as Delivered in Katana when it is Fulfilled in Squarespace.
Important: Fulfillment sync works only one way. If you mark an order as Delivered in Katana, it will not update in Squarespace.
This workflow is usually added after setting up order import from Squarespace to Katana.
Setup takes only a few minutes using the pre-made Make template (most configurations are prefilled β you just need to connect your accounts).
Set up the automation
This guide will walk you through each step of the pre-made template, helping you better understand the connection and customize it to your specific needs.
Step 1: Open the Make template
Open the Make template for Katana β Etsy fulfillment sync.
Create a new scenario.
Step 2: Configure the trigger (Squarespace)
Connect your Squarespace account.
Select Order Updated as the trigger.
Add a filter for Fulfillment Status = Fulfilled so the workflow only runs when an order is marked fulfilled in Squarespace.
Step 3: Find the matching order in Katana
Open module #2 and connect your Katana account.
Map the Order Number using the same format used during Squarespace β Katana import.
Best practice: Prefix all Squarespace orders with S- (e.g.,
S-1025
) to easily identify them in Katana.
Step 4: Update the order in Katana
Open module #3.
Map the Order ID from the previous step.
Set the order status to Delivered in Katana.
Step 5: Test and activate
Run the scenario once.
In Squarespace, mark a test order as fulfilled.
Check Katana to confirm the order status has been updated to Delivered.
Step 6: Schedule the workflow
Set the scenario to run on a schedule.
Squarespace does not support real-time syncing, so you must run this scenario at chosen intervals.
Your scenario for syncing fulfillment status from Squarespace to Katana is now ready!
