Invoices and bills created in QuickBooks via Katana integration can only be deleted in QuickBooks.

After deleting the document in QuickBooks, it might take up to 10 minutes to reflect in Katana.

When the information about deletion reaches Katana then the Invoice status for a Sales order will revert back to Not invoiced and Bill status for a Purchase order back to Not billed.
