JIKKO is a cutting-edge Manufacturing Execution System (MES) developed by OPALYTICA. It is a digital twin platform that enables manufacturing businesses to optimize production processes, enhance operational efficiency, and achieve sustainable growth.

With real-time data collection, advanced analytics, and AI-driven insights, JIKKO can improve productivity by up to 30%. Integrating the Katana with the JIKKO facilitates data synchronization and improves operational efficiency.

JIKKO enables you to:

  • Push from Katana to JIKKO, MOs with BOMs that contain variants and materials info

  • Create operations routes in JIKKO:

    1. Operations records and status are in sync with Katana

    2. BOMs consumption is based on real-time material availability

  • Update order statuses in Katana to consume materials from your inventory

How does the integration work?

Importing data from Katana to JIKKO adds value to managing your manufacturing operations. You can push the following data from Katana to JIKKO:

  • Items (materials, products)

  • Recipes / BOMs

  • Manufacturing orders

Based on which data has been chosen to import, you can create BOMs and operations routes in JIKKO to visualize the production order workflow. Once operations are finished in JIKKO, the status of a MO is synced back from JIKKO to Katana.
