Starshipit is a shipping and fulfillment app built to help retailers save time and deliver quality shipping experiences. It integrates with all major couriers, including Australia Post shipping, DHL Express, Sendle, TNT, Royal Mail, and more.

Starshipit overview

Starshipit addresses key retailer pain points by streamlining shipping processes, reducing time and costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction. It solves challenges like managing multiple carriers and platforms via a single dashboard that automates label printing, order syncing, and customs documentation.

In addition, Starshipit offers flexible rate options, including the ability to bring your own negotiated carrier rates with no extra fees. It also simplifies international shipping complexities and reduces customer inquiries with branded tracking and notifications.

How can this integration help you?

  • Automate label printing, compare live carrier rates, and simplify warehouse operations

  • Sync orders from all major ecommerce platforms and automatically assign them to carriers

  • Bring your own negotiated carrier rates with no additional per-label fees, or choose from ready-to-use services

  • Access free onboarding, training, and ongoing support

  • Offer branded tracking pages, shipping notifications, self-service returns, and multiple shipping options at checkout to enhance customer satisfaction

What does the integration do?

It automatically syncs order details from Katana to Starshipit, so users can print shipping labels directly without copying information into a separate tool.

Tracking data is also sent back to Katana from Starshipit, eliminating the need to manually paste updates or reconcile shipped orders.
