How to share a replenishment plan with your team

Get your whole team on the same page by sharing replenishment plans.

Written by David Lorbiecke

After completing a multi-SKU run, you can generate a shareable report link — a read-only page showing the full results table, including urgency levels, recommended quantities, order values, and days of stock remaining for every SKU in the run.

Creating a shareable report

  1. Complete a multi-SKU replenishment run.

  2. Click the Share button at the top of the results table.

  3. A link is generated and copied to your clipboard.

  4. Send the link to anyone who needs to review the plan — they don't need a Katana account to view it.

What recipients see

The shared report shows:

  • All SKU rows with their urgency badge, recommended order quantity, order value, and days of stock left

  • Supplier information

  • The date the analysis was run

The report does not include action buttons — recipients cannot create orders or modify data from the report.

Report expiry and access

  • Report links are valid for 30 days from the date of creation

  • Only the person who ran the analysis can generate or revoke a link

  • To revoke a link before it expires, open the run in AI Replenishment and click Revoke link

  • Report pages are not indexed by search engines

Tip: Use shareable reports to align with your purchasing manager or supplier before placing orders, without giving them direct access to your Katana account
