Viewing inventory reports in Katana
Katana provides a quick way to view stock movements for each product or material using Inventory intel.
Steps to access Inventory intel:
Go to the Stock screen.
Make sure you are viewing a single location (reports will not load if "All locations" is selected).
Click on the In stock quantity of a product or material.
The Inventory intel report will open, showing:
Related documents: sales orders, manufacturing orders, purchase orders, and stock adjustments.
Changes in In stock quantity.
Updated stock balances after each movement.
This gives you a detailed audit trail of how stock has changed over time.
