Integrate Katana with e-commerce, marketplaces, shipping, and warehouse systems

What is Extensiv Integration Manager?

Extensiv Integration Manager (formerly CartRover) is a platform that connects separate systems to streamline order management workflows. It specializes in automating sales order flows and inventory sync, making it ideal for e-commerce, fulfillment, and logistics businesses.

With this integration, you can:

  • Import sales orders (SOs) and related customer data from your e-commerce store into Katana.

  • Sync inventory levels from Katana back to your online store.

  • Import order-related product data to Katana (if no matching product is found).

  • Send SOs from Katana to your fulfillment service.

Unlike general automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make), Extensiv is designed specifically for order management workflows.

How Katana works with Extensiv

Katana can function as either:

  • WMS (Warehouse Management System / Order Destination)

    • Extensiv pushes SOs and customer data from online stores or marketplaces (Carts) into Katana.

    • Example: Import SOs from Amazon FBA into Katana.

  • Cart (Order Source)

    • Extensiv pulls SOs from Katana and pushes them to fulfillment providers, 3PLs, or shipping services.

    • Example: Export SOs from Katana to a 3PL for fulfillment.

This flexibility opens up integrations with dozens of new apps and services.

Important Notes

  • You can only have one WMS per Extensiv Merchant account. To connect more, upgrade your Extensiv plan to a higher-tier Fullfillment account.

  • The number of available WMS and Cart connections depends on your Extensiv plan.
