Connect Katana with Etsy using Extensiv Integration Manager to automate your order and inventory workflows.
What you can do
By connecting Etsy → Katana via Extensiv, you can:
Import sales orders (with product + customer data) from Etsy to Katana.
Sync order fulfillment status and tracking from Katana → Etsy.
Push inventory levels from Katana → Etsy.
Note: Adding tracking info to a Katana sales order (SO) is required for fulfillment sync to Etsy.
Partial fulfillment and returns are not supported.
How it works
Katana as WMS (Warehouse Management System):
Katana acts as the destination where orders and inventory sync.Etsy as Cart (Order Source):
Extensiv imports sales orders (with product + customer details) from Etsy into Katana, and passes Katana’s inventory updates back to Etsy.Fulfillment Updates:
When you mark a Katana SO as Packed or Delivered, and tracking info is added, Extensiv pushes that update back to Etsy automatically.
