Connect your Squarespace store to Katana (via Extensiv Integration Manager) to automate order and inventory management.
What you can do with this integration
Import sales orders from Squarespace → Katana
Sync sales order fulfillment from Katana → Squarespace
Push inventory levels from Katana → Squarespace
How it works
In Extensiv, the order destination is a WMS (Warehouse Management System). Authorize Katana as a WMS to act as the source of truth for inventory.
Squarespace is set as a Cart (Order Source). Extensiv imports sales orders with product + customer details from Squarespace into Katana, and passes inventory levels from Katana back to Squarespace.
When tracking info is added to a Katana sales order (SO) and the order is marked as Packed or Delivered, Extensiv pushes this update back to Squarespace.
Adding tracking info to Katana SOs is required for fulfillment sync to work.
