Connect your Zoey store to Katana (via Extensiv Integration Manager) to automate sales and inventory workflows.

Overview

Zoey is a B2B ecommerce mobile app that helps wholesalers, distributors, and franchisers manage orders and customer interactions on the go.

With this integration, you can:

  • Import sales orders from Zoey → Katana

  • Sync fulfillment updates from Katana → Zoey

  • Push inventory levels from Katana → Zoey

How the connection works

  • In Extensiv, Katana is set up as a WMS (Warehouse Management System), acting as the source of truth for your inventory.

  • Zoey is set as a Cart (Order Source). Extensiv imports orders, customer details, and product data from Zoey into Katana, while also pushing updated inventory levels from Katana back to Zoey.

  • When tracking information is added to a Katana sales order (SO) and the order is marked as Packed or Delivered, Extensiv pushes the fulfillment update to Zoey.

Note: Adding tracking info to a Katana SO is required for fulfillment sync.

Connecting Zoey to Katana

Step 1. Log in to Extensiv

Step 2. Connect Katana as WMS

  • Click Grant Us API Access, sign in to your Katana account, and confirm.

  • After successful authorization, click OK, then Test WMS Connection.

  • If the test succeeds, click Save.

Step 3. Add Zoey as cart

Step 4. Configure Zoey cart settings

General Order Options:

  • Earliest Order Date — define the date from which orders should be imported.

  • Translate Item Code — maps Zoey SKUs to Katana product codes (supports product aliases).

General Inventory Options:

  • Minimum Inventory Level — prevents overselling:

    • 0 = Extensiv pushes actual available levels from Katana to Zoey.

    • 5 = if Katana stock > 5, the true available inventory syncs; if ≤ 5, Zoey shows 0.

  • Push Inventory Using Alias — sync stock using product aliases if SKUs differ.

  • Warehouse Location — select the Katana location for syncing inventory.

Katana WMS Settings:

  • Order Status & Warehouse Location — define how orders are imported into Katana.

  • Auto Create Missing Katana Products — allows Extensiv to create products in Katana if no SKU match is found.

    • New products are added as standalone items (not variants).

    • Default = No, to prevent duplicate products when SKUs differ.

  • Create Customer Addresses — choose whether billing and shipping info from Zoey should be added to new Katana customer profiles.

Step 5. Test & save

  • Click Test at the bottom of the setup page to verify the connection.

  • If successful, click OK to save your changes.

Important notes

  • Partial fulfillment and returns are not supported.

  • Once connected, Zoey orders will flow into Katana, fulfillment updates will sync back, and inventory levels will stay aligned automatically.
