Katana tables are flexible — you can resize, reorder, and filter columns to match your workflow. All changes are autosaved, so you only need to adjust them once per screen.

You can adjust tables on the Sell, Make, Buy, Stock, and Items screens.

Resize column width

  1. Hover between two column headers until the resize icon (↔) appears.

  2. Click and drag left or right to adjust the width.

    • Some columns have minimum/maximum width limits.

    • Others can be stretched as wide or as narrow as you want.

Reorder columns

  1. Click and hold a column header.

  2. Drag it to a new position.

  3. Release to drop it into place.

  2. Enter your filter criteria (e.g., a customer name, product code, or date).

  3. The table will instantly update based on your filter.

Reset columns

If you’d like to return a table to its original layout:

  1. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner of the table.

  2. Select Reset columns.

Autosave

  • Katana automatically saves your table preferences (column size, order, and filters) on each screen.

  • You don’t need to redo these adjustments each time you log in.
