The TikTok Shop integration via Pipe17 connects Katana with your TikTok store to automate order processing, inventory updates, and fulfillment syncing.
This ensures Katana acts as the central source of truth for inventory while orders and fulfillment updates flow seamlessly between systems.
What the integration enables
Orders: Send sales orders from TikTok to Katana.
Inventory: Push inventory levels from Katana to TikTok.
Fulfillment: Sync fulfillment updates from Katana to TikTok.
How it works
TikTok sales orders are imported into Katana via Pipe17 as Not delivered SOs.
Products are matched between TikTok and Katana using SKUs.
When a Katana SO is marked Delivered (with tracking info), Pipe17 sends fulfillment data back to TikTok (fulfilled or partially fulfilled).
Inventory reconciliation has a 1-hour buffer period before updates are reflected in TikTok.
Orders using Fulfilled by TikTok are usually not pushed to Katana.
If needed for reporting, Pipe17 can push these orders into Katana as Done SOs (contact the Pipe17 team to enable).
TikTok allows order edits for up to 60 minutes after placement. Pipe17 recommends setting a 60-minute order hold to avoid syncing incorrect order details.
