Warehouse app: Operators can log in from mobile devices to complete picking and receiving tasks in real time — no paper needed.

Bin locations: Organize your warehouse by assigning products to default bins. Operators are shown exact pick and put-away locations.

Barcode scanning: Use phone cameras or scanners to verify SKUs during receiving and picking. Enable and import barcodes first in settings.

Operator role: Assign warehouse operators with limited access. Print QR codes to simplify logins at packing or receiving stations.

Packing sales orders and receiving goods task control: Assign packing tasks to operators, and confirm deliveries with real-time status updates.

Key tips

  • Start with a few high-volume SKUs to train your team and test packing, receiving, and scanning workflows.

  • Use import templates to assign barcode data (make sure to enable these first), and default bin locations at scale.

  • Mark SOs as “Ready for packing” to control which packing tasks appear in the app for operators. All open POs auto-appear for receiving.

  • Train teams to scan and verify items and bins during pick and receive tasks to reduce mispicks and boost accuracy.
