The AI acts as an extension of the team by delivering insights proactively and recommendations on what data-driven actions are needed to maintain efficiencies across the business.
How to connect ConverSight to Katana
From the Katana Marketplace, locate ConverSight and click Get started.
Note: You'll need a ConverSight account first. If you don't have one yet, request a demo to get started.
From the ConverSight Market Space, choose either the Advanced or Basic option depending on your needs
After selecting your preferrence, click Request Access and you will be prompted to complete a short form. Once submitted, a ConverSight Account Executive will contact you to proceed further.
Once the initial setup process is complete (which may take a few days), you will receive your ConverSight username and password.
Log in to ConverSight and navigate to the MarketSpace. The Katana solution (Advanced or Basic) you chose earlier will be available here for subscription.
Click Subscribe, complete the payment process.
Then, select Provision to authorize the Katana connector.
You will be prompted to provide a connector name and click Authorize. This will redirect you to the Katana login page to complete authorization.
Once authorization is complete, the data setup process will begin automatically. (This can take up to 4 hours, depending on the volume of your data).
After the data setup is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
When you log in, you will find your dataset and all associated dashboards and insights available for use, as displayed in the examples below.
