How to deliver a Sales Order?
There are two stages of delivery in Katana.
You should mark a Sales Order as "Packed" when the items have been picked from your warehouse and packed for customer delivery. This adjusts the inventory levels for items included in the SO. More precisely, both "In Stock" and "Committed" quantities in the inventory list are decreased for all items included in the Sales Order. However, "Packed" means that items have not yet been shipped out to the customer and the Sales Order will remain in the "Open" sales orders list.
Mark the Sales Order as "Delivered" when you have shipped out the goods. This does not trigger any additional inventory movements if the status is changed from "Packed" to "Delivered". If you change a "Not shipped" Sales Order directly to a "Delivered" status, then both "In Stock" and "Committed" quantities in the inventory list are decreased for all items included in the Sales Order.

Deliver sales orders one-by-one or in bulk
You can mark a Sales Order as "Packed" or "Delivered" on a Sales Order card or in the "Sell" screen. Katana currently does not support partial shipping of Sales Orders, you can only ship all items simultaneously.
To change the delivery status for a single SO:
1. Create a new Sales Order or navigate to the "Sell" screen.
2. Change the "Not shipped" status to "Packed" or "Delivered".
3. Your inventory levels are updated automatically.
To change the delivery status for SOs in bulk:
1. Navigate to the "Sell" screen.
2. Select Sales Orders to deliver by ticking the relevant SOs.
3. Click "Bulk actions" and select "Delivered" from the Delivery Status section.
