How to deliver a Sales Order?
There are two stages of delivery in Katana.
You should mark a Sales Order as "Packed" when the items have been picked from your warehouse and packed for customer delivery. This adjusts the inventory levels for items included in the SO. More precisely, both "In Stock" and "Committed" quantities in the inventory list are decreased for all items included in the Sales Order. However, "Packed" means that items have not yet been shipped out to the customer.
Mark the Sales Order as "Delivered" when you have shipped out the goods. This does not trigger any additional inventory movements if the status is changed from "Packed" to "Delivered".

You can mark a Sales Order as "Packed" or "Delivered" on a Sales Order card or in the "Sell" screen. Katana currently does not support partial shipping of Sales Orders, you can only ship all items simultaneously.
1. Create a new Sales Order or navigate to the "Sell" screen.
2. Change the "Not shipped" status to "Packed" or "Delivered".
3. Your inventory levels are updated automatically.
