Add your company's legal name and address in Katana to have it display on Purchase orders for your suppliers.
Adding an address and legal name for your company
Click on the account name in the top corner of the screen and select Account
On the following Account screen, you can add your information
Display name - account name displayed inside Katana.
Legal name - legal name of your company that will be displayed on Purchase orders and Sales orders if they're printed or saved as a PDF.
Legal address - company address that will be displayed on Purchase orders and Sales orders if they're printed or saved as a PDF.
