You can easily export a purchase order (PO) with all order lines from Katana to a CSV or XLSX file. This allows for further processing or analysis of a PO.

You can export both Open and Done purchase orders. Navigate to the Buy screen and click on the Open or Done tab depending on what you want to export.

Export all the orders in the list by clicking on the Export icon at the top corner of the list and if you only want to export some, select the ones you want to export and click the Export icon.

Export option on the buy screen

Each item row (and additional cost row) in the exported file is one order line, not a full order. If an order has more than one line, there will be multiple rows in the exported file. This helps when analyzing purchasing at a product level.
