Deleting a stock transfer allows you to remove inventory movements that are incorrect or no longer needed. This helps maintain accurate records of stock levels across all locations by ensuring that only valid and necessary transfers are documented.
Deleting a stock transfer will remove it from the Stock transfers tab and will reverse any item transfers it made (i.e. reversing changes to in stock quantities for items at different locations).
To delete a stock transfer
Click on the Stock screen > Stock transfers tab and find your transfer. Click on it to open a stock transfer card.
Click on the 3-dots at the top corner of the stock transfer card and select Delete from the drop-down menu.
Click Yes in the pop-up window to delete.
