If your existing Operation names don't include the Operation name you want to use for a product, you can create new names in the Production Operations tab of a product card.

Creating new Operation names:

  1. Create a new product or navigate to an existing product in the Items screen.

  2. Click on Production Operations tab.

  3. Type a new Operation name into the Operation field.

  4. Press Enter or click on "Create new [operation]" in the drop-down menu. Your Operation name will be saved automatically.

Alternatively, you can also create new Operation names from Settings > Operations and you can also edit and delete existing Operation names.

Saved Operation names are reusable in Production Operations for other products, saving you time since you don't need to retype the name.

In Settings, you can also drag and drop to reorder Operation names. The same order is used in the drop-down selection menu when choosing an Operation name in Production Operations.
