Katana provides tools to analyze the planned and actual time spent on production tasks, offering insights into workflow efficiency and areas for improvement. By comparing these metrics, businesses can identify discrepancies, understand performance variations, and optimize manufacturing processes.

You can track actual time spent on production tasks via the Shop Floor App or directly on the Katana main site. Read more

All completed production operations are shown in the Make screen > Tasks tab > Done table. Both the planned time and actual time spent on each task are displayed on this screen.

Use the filter on this page to analyze the planned vs actual time for specific tasks, operators, and resources.

To analyze further in more detail, export the list to a spreadsheet. Click on Export at the top right corner of the table.

The export file will display all the details for each task.
