Reset your Katana account by removing all existing data to start fresh with clean inventory and operations.

What does clearing data do?

  • Permanently deletes:

    • Inventory data

    • Sales and purchase orders

    • Manufacturing orders

    • Product and material settings

  • Your account and subscription remain active, but the workspace will be completely empty.

Warning: This action cannot be undone. Once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

When to use this feature

You may want to clear all data if you:

  • Entered test data during setup

  • Made mistakes in bulk import

  • Need a completely fresh start for your operations

Important notes

  • Only the account owner (the person who created the account) can clear all data.

  • Always back up important data before proceeding. Export products, materials, and order records if you may need them later.
