Reset your Katana account by removing all existing data to start fresh with clean inventory and operations.
What does clearing data do?
Permanently deletes:
Inventory data
Sales and purchase orders
Manufacturing orders
Product and material settings
Your account and subscription remain active, but the workspace will be completely empty.
Warning: This action cannot be undone. Once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
When to use this feature
You may want to clear all data if you:
Entered test data during setup
Made mistakes in bulk import
Need a completely fresh start for your operations
Important notes
Only the account owner (the person who created the account) can clear all data.
Always back up important data before proceeding. Export products, materials, and order records if you may need them later.
How to clear all data
Go to Settings.
Select Clear data from the left-side menu.
Click Yes, please delete everything.
Enter your account email address to confirm.
This step ensures data cannot be deleted accidentally.
Once confirmed, all account data will be permanently erased.
Next steps after clearing
After resetting your account, you can:
Add new products and materials
Create product recipes and production operations
Re-import data if needed
