Exporting/downloading production operations directly to CSV or Excel files facilitates easy management of large data sets. This guide covers the process for exporting all or selected production operations from the Items screen, ideal for making bulk updates or backups.
Exporting of production operations is done from the Items screen.
Note: Once exported, you can edit the file and import it back into Katana to make bulk changes to your production operations.
Export Production operations
Navigate to the Items screen.
To export all production operations, click the Export icon and choose either Operations.xlsx or Operations.csv.
To export certain operations, select the ones you want and click the Export icon and choose either Operations.xlsx or Operations.csv.
