You can cancel the subscription if you no longer wish to use Katana. This process stops future billing and deactivates access to Katana features. Please make sure to review any potential impacts on your data before completing the cancellation process.

To cancel your subscription

  1. Log in to your Katana account (if you haven't already): www.katanamrp.com/login.

  2. Click on your company name in the top right corner and select Subscription.

  3. Click Cancel your subscription.

You'll then be asked to specify the reason(s) for leaving and provide feedback. We appreciate any feedback you can provide to help us improve.

Note: If you connected to Katana directly from the Shopify app store, your Katana subscription is billed directly through Shopify. To cancel the subscription, uninstall the Katana app from your Shopify account.

Once you've confirmed your subscription cancellation

  • Monthly subscriptions:
There is a 30-day notice for monthly subscriptions, which means it will expire after the next billing cycle.

  • Quarterly subscriptions:

Quarterly subscriptions require a 30-day notice for cancelation to have it expire at the end of the current billing cycle. If less than 30 days, the cancelation will take effect at the next billing cycle.

  • Annual subscriptions:

Annual subscriptions require a 30-day notice period when canceling to have it expire at the end of the current billing cycle. If less than 30 days, the cancelation will take effect at the next billing cycle.

Note: Cancellation is unavailable if you're trialing a higher plan or an add-on. First downgrade or remove the add-on to proceed with cancellation.

If you want to reactivate your account, navigate back to the Subscription page and click Reactivate Subscription. This option will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle.
