To cancel your subscription:
Log in to your Katana account here: www.katanamrp.com/login.
Click on your company name in the top corner and select Subscription.
Click Cancel your subscription.
You'll then be asked to specify the reason(s) for leaving and provide feedback. We very much appreciate any feedback you can give.
Note: If you connected to Katana directly from the Shopify app store, you are billed for your Katana subscription directly by Shopify. To cancel the Katana subscription, uninstall the Katana app from your Shopify account.
Your subscription is now canceled, and no additional charges will occur. You will be able to use your account until the end of the current billing cycle (i.e. until the end of your previous month's subscription).
If you want to reactivate your account, navigate back to the Subscription page and click Reactivate Subscription. This is possible until the end of the current billing cycle.
