Cancel your Katana subscription if you no longer wish to use the platform. This will stop future billing and deactivate access to Katana features.

Before proceeding with the cancellation, ensure that all past-due invoices linked to your account are cleared. You can review and settle outstanding invoices via your Katana profile.

How to cancel your subscription

  1. Log in to your Katana account: www.katanamrp.com/login

  2. Click in the top-right corner and select Subscription.

  3. Click Cancel your subscription from the Subscription page.

Special case: Shopify users

If you subscribed to Katana via the Shopify App Store, billing is handled by Shopify.

  • To cancel, simply uninstall the Katana app from your Shopify account.

Notice periods by subscription type

  • Monthly plan → Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the next billing cycle following the cancellation request submission.

  • Quarterly plan → 30-day notice.

  • If you cancel more than 30 days before the end of your current cycle, it ends with that cycle.

  • If you cancel with less than 30 days’ notice, it ends at the next cycle.

  • Annual plan → Same rules as quarterly (30-day notice applies).

During the notice period, you’ll continue to have access to Katana until the subscription officially ends.

Important notes

  • If you’re trialing a higher plan or an add-on, cancellation isn’t available until you first downgrade or remove the add-on.

  • After cancellation, you can reactivate your account anytime before the current billing cycle ends by going to the Subscription page and selecting Reactivate Subscription.

  • Your data remains safe during the notice period and can be accessed again if you reactivate.- Ensure any past-due invoices are settled before initiating the cancellation process, as it cannot proceed with outstanding balances.
