To cancel your subscription:
Log in to your Katana account here: www.katanamrp.com/login.
Click on your company name in the top corner and select "Subscription".
Click "Cancel your subscription".
You are then asked to specify the reasons for leaving and provide some feedback. We very much appreciate your feedback as we are always looking to improve the solution.
Note: If you have connected to Katana directly from Shopify App Store, you are billed for your Katana subscription directly by Shopify. To cancel the Katana subscription, uninstall the Katana app from your Shopify account.
Your subscription is now canceled and no additional charges will occur in the future. You will be able to use your account until the end of the current billing cycle (i.e. until the end of your previous month's subscription).
If you wish to reactivate your account after canceling, navigate back to the subscription page and click "Reactivate Subscription". This is possible until the end of the current billing cycle.
