You can edit your Katana subscription at any time to upgrade, downgrade, switch billing cycles, or update billing details. This ensures your plan always matches your business needs and payments run smoothly.
Changing your plan
You can switch between Katana subscription plans:
Standard β Professional: Switch directly from the Subscription page.
Professional Plus: Contact support via chat or at [email protected] to upgrade.
When upgrading, new features are available immediately.
When downgrading, access to higher-level features ends at the start of the next billing cycle.
Changing your billing cycle
You can choose between Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual billing.
Switch to a longer billing cycle (e.g., Monthly β Annual) directly from the Subscription page.
To switch to a shorter billing cycle (e.g., Annual β Quarterly or Monthly), contact support via chat or at [email protected]
Updating billing information
To edit billing details:
Log in to your Katana account: www.katanamrp.com/login
Click in the top-right corner and select Subscription.
On the Subscription page, click View billing and invoices.
From there, you can:
Review your subscription details
Access and download invoices
Update billing information
Changes take effect immediately, ensuring your subscription remains active without interruption.

Log in to your Katana account here: www.katanamrp.com/login.
Click on your company name in the top corner and select Subscription.
On this page, you can check your current subscription package. Click View billing and invoices.
On the following page, you can see your subscription details, access your invoices, and edit billing details.
