Editing a subscription

Edit your Katana subscription to upgrade, downgrade, or change billing information.

You can edit your Katana subscription at any time to upgrade, downgrade, switch billing cycles, or update billing details. This ensures your plan always matches your business needs and payments run smoothly.


Changing your plan

You can switch between Katana subscription plans:

  • Standard ↔ Professional: Switch directly from the Subscription page.

  • Professional Plus: Contact support via chat or at [email protected] to upgrade.

When upgrading, new features are available immediately.


When downgrading, access to higher-level features ends at the start of the next billing cycle.


Changing your billing cycle

You can choose between Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual billing.

  • Switch to a longer billing cycle (e.g., Monthly β†’ Annual) directly from the Subscription page.

  • To switch to a shorter billing cycle (e.g., Annual β†’ Quarterly or Monthly), contact support via chat or at [email protected]


Updating billing information

To edit billing details:

  1. Log in to your Katana account: www.katanamrp.com/login

  2. Click in the top-right corner and select Subscription.

  3. On the Subscription page, click View billing and invoices.

  4. From there, you can:

    • Review your subscription details

    • Access and download invoices

    • Update billing information

Changes take effect immediately, ensuring your subscription remains active without interruption.


Key notes

  • Only the account Owner can edit subscription details.

  • Contact support if you need to:

    • Switch to Professional Plus

    • Change from an Annual plan to Quarterly or Monthly

  • All payments are handled securely via credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express).

Edit your subscription plan to upgrade or downgrade services as business needs change. You can also update billing information to ensure seamless service continuation.

You can edit your subscription by:

  • Switching to a different plan (Standard or Professional). Read more

  • If you want to switch to a Professional Plus plan, contact our support via chat or at [email protected].

  • Switching to an Annual, Quarterly, or Monthly plan. You can switch to a longer period plan at any time from the Subscription page. To switch from the annual plan to quarterly, or monthly, please contact our support via chat or at [email protected].

If you want to change billing details, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Katana account here: www.katanamrp.com/login.

  2. Click on your company name in the top corner and select Subscription.

  3. On this page, you can check your current subscription package. Click View billing and invoices.

  4. On the following page, you can see your subscription details, access your invoices, and edit billing details.
