What is Integromat?

Integromat lets you connect apps and automate workflows in a few clicks. Move data between apps without effort so you can focus on growing your business.

Integromat works by linking together your favorite apps/services to create a scenario that will transfer and transform your data automatically for you. All you have to do is create a scenario that will watch for new data in one app/service, set up the proceeding modules for the desired end result and Integromat will execute the task for you.

Katana integration with Integromat enables you to:

  • Import products, customers, and sales orders from your favorite e-commerce or CRM platform and sync sales order fulfillment status back to the originating system

  • Send inventory data to e-commerce, CRM, and other platforms

  • Get notified about sales order changes (creation, update or deleted) in Katana and send data to other systems

  • Set up e-mails, push notifications, SMS, or Slack messages when sales order status changes in Katana

  • Create tasks in Trello, Asana, or other project management platform

  • Create custom PDF files from Katana data

  • Save data to a database

  • Add Katana customers as subscribers to Mailchimp or other marketing tools

  • Send sales orders to a shipping platform and/or update the sales order with tracking number and URL

  • Synchronize materials, customers, products, suppliers, and variants added to Katana with another system

Note: List of use cases is based on Katana functionalities and apps that are available in Integromat. We have not tested all the workflows.

Integromat works by leveraging Katana API. All API use cases are possible without developer know-how.
