If you have created multiple locations in Katana, you can select a Katana location to which your WooCommerce orders are imported. Stock levels from the same Katana location will be synced back to WooCommerce.

Mapping Katana location to your WooCommerce store

Location mapping is the first step of integration connection flow.
Please note the step appears in the dialogue only if there are multiple locations created in Katana. Read more about Katana locations.

Select a Katana location for your WooCommerce Online Store orders. All orders placed by customers on your online store will be imported to that location in Katana.

Connecting multiple WooCommerce stores

If you are connecting multiple WooCommerce stores to Katana, you can select either the same or different Katana locations for each of your WooCommerce stores. Read more about connecting multiple WooCommerce stores.

Stock import from WooCommerce to Katana

Stock import from WooCommerce to Katana is location-specific based on your location mapping.

If you choose to import your WooCommerce stock quantities to Katana during the initial connection then the stock quantities from WooCommerce will be imported to the mapped location in Katana. Read more about initial stock import.

Stock sync from Katana to WooCommerce with multiple Locations

Stock sync from Katana to WooCommerce is also location-specific based on your location mapping. Read more about stock sync.

The stock levels from the Katana location that is mapped to your WooCommerce Online Store location will be pushed to WooCommerce.

Changing the Katana location linked to your WooCommerce store

You can change the location that is linked to your WooCommerce store. You can do that by navigating to Settings screen > Integrations. Click Reconfigure next to the WooCommerce instance for which you want to change the corresponding Katana location. If you have set up multiple Katana locations, in the first configuration screen, you can select the desired location.

Please note that the orders that have been already imported to Katana, but to the location that was linked to your WooCommerce store previously, are not imported again and the Ship From location for these orders remains unchanged. Ship From location for these orders can be changed on the order.

Deleting Katana location

Should you for any reason delete Katana location that has been linked to a WooCommerce store, both order import to and stock level sync from Katana will be disabled until you reconfigure the integration - map another location.
