Note: This guide only applies if you initiated the integration from Katana. If the integration started from Shopify via the Shopify App Store, you can only disconnect via the Apps section of your Shopify store account.

To disconnect your Shopify account from Katana:

1. Go to Settings and click on the Integrations tab.

2. Find the Shopify logo and click on "Disconnect".

After disconnecting, your Sales Orders will no longer be pulled from your Shopify account to Katana.

You can reconnect your store or connect a new Shopify store at any time by following the process described here.
