This guide shows you how to disconnect Shopify from Katana, but it only applies if you initiated the integration from Katana. If the integration started from Shopify via the Shopify App Store, you can only disconnect via the Apps section of your Shopify store account.
To disconnect your Shopify account
Go to the Integration Marketplace and find Shopify under Connected Integrations.
Click on the gear icon and select Disconnect.
After disconnecting, sales orders will no longer be pulled from your Shopify account to Katana.
You can reconnect your store or connect to a new Shopify store at any time by following the process described here.
