How to disconnect the Xero integration

Easily disconnect your Xero account from Katana in just a couple of steps.


How to disconnect Xero

  1. Go to Integration Marketplace in Katana.

  2. Under Connected Integrations, find Xero and click Disconnect.

What happens after disconnecting

  • The Invoice column in your Sell screen and the Bill column in your Buy screen will be removed.

  • No new invoices or bills can be sent from Katana to Xero.

  • Existing invoices and bills already created in Xero remain in Xero but are no longer linked to Katana.
