Disconnect from BigCommerce in two steps.

To disconnect your BigCommerce account from Katana:

1. Go to the Settings screen and click on the Integrations tab.

2. Find the BigCommerce logo and click on Disconnect. You will then be asked if you would like to proceed to BigCommerce store to disconnect Bigcommerce from Katana.

3. From here you will be able to Uninstall the app from BigCommerce.

4. After disconnecting, your Sales Orders will no longer be pulled from your BigCommerce account to Katana. You can reconnect your store or connect to a new BigCommerce store at any time by following the process described here.
