Automate and streamline your post-sales processes by connecting Katana with Outvio.

What is Outvio?

Outvio helps you automate order fulfillment, manage post-sales workflows, and strengthen your customer experience. With the integration, you can:

  • Import and ship sales orders (SOs) from Katana to Outvio and print labels in bulk.

  • Update Katana SO statuses based on order updates in Outvio.

  • Sync carrier tracking numbers from Outvio back to Katana.

Data sharing between Katana and Outvio

From Katana → Outvio

When you connect Katana to Outvio, any SO with a shipping address and a delivery status of Not shipped or Packed will be imported into Outvio within 10 minutes.

Imported data includes:

  • Delivery details (customer shipping address)

  • Invoice information from the SO

  • Shipment contents (line items from the SO)

Note: Once imported, changes made to an SO in Katana will not sync to Outvio.

When a shipment is processed in Outvio:

  • SO status is updated to Packed once a shipping label is generated.

  • Tracking number is added to the SO (if provided by the courier).
