Syncware is a codeless automation platform for multi-channel consumer product brands. It helps you streamline orders, shipments, and inventory across sales channels — saving time and reducing manual processing.

What the Katana–Syncware integration enables
Orders: Export orders from e-commerce, marketplaces, and POS systems to Katana (and vice versa).
Shipments: Retrieve shipment information across platforms.
Products: Sync product details between Katana and other systems.
Inventory: Push inventory updates across apps for accurate availability.
Purchase orders: Send POs from Katana to other systems and receive updates back.
Overview: Gain a consolidated view of inventory and order statuses across channels.
How to connect Syncware to Katana
You can choose between two onboarding options:
1. Guided setup with a dedicated account manager

A Syncware expert will walk you through the setup step by step and configure the integration to your needs.
2. Self-onboarding
Note: Self-sign-up requires billing information to create a free trial.
Steps:
Subscribe to create your Syncware account.
In Syncware, go to Settings > Connections.
Find Katana and click Connect.
Log in with your Katana account when prompted to authorize the connection.
After approval, you’ll be redirected back to Syncware with a confirmation message (“Connected 🎉”).
Once connected, you can link Katana with other systems (e.g., Etsy, Wix, BrightPearl). EDI integrations are also available in Syncware’s connection list.
Notes and considerations
The use cases listed depend on Katana’s functionality and available Syncware apps.
Not all workflows have been personally tested by the Katana team.

Limitations
Katana’s Shipping fee is not currently supported in this integration.
