This guide helps you set up automation through Make to export supplier contacts from Katana to Google Sheets. To learn more about Make, check our Make integration overview.

It takes less than 15 minutes to set up this workflow.

Begin exporting contacts from Katana to Google Sheets:

  1. Prepare the Google Sheet where Katana contact data will be exported to:

    1. Add headers for faster navigation. Supplier fields are:

      1. Name, Email, Comment, Katana internal ID, Created at, Updated at

  2. From Make.com, + Create a new scenario to connect Katana to Google Sheets.

The first step is to then connect Katana as a trigger and List Suppliers' data.

    1. Toggle Map Suppliers IDs

    2. Review the Limit field to get all contacts results

    3. Click OK to save the module setup and proceed to the next step

Link Google Sheets as an action for the second step, Add Rows for each supplier record:

    1. Map headers to keep data in the right columns on the sheet

  3. Run the scenario once to export your Supplier data to Google Sheets πŸŽ‰

To avoid duplicates when running the scenario more than once, adjust the first module to Watch Suppliers so that only new records will be added going forward.
