Create storage bins in Katana to help organize inventory within specific areas of a warehouse. This allows for detailed tracking of product locations, improving the efficiency of stock management and retrieval processes.
To create a storage bin
Navigate to the Settings screen > Locations > Storage bins.
Open the location where you want to add storage bins.
Click on + Add new bin at the bottom of the table.
Add a storage bin name.
Storage bins can also be created directly from the item card.
