How to restock return orders

Restock returned orders after they have been received

After you've received and inspected a returned order, it can then be approved for inventory and restocked.

How to restock returned items


  1. Open a return order (Sales screen > Returns tab) that is in a Returned status.

  2. If the items are being returned to a location different than what is shown in the Return to field, head to the Restock location column and select the correct location(s).

  3. If all of the items are set to the correct restock location, change the return's status to Restock.

  4. A pop-up window will appear where you can see all of the items being restocked (you can also add batch-trackable data if needed). Click Restock all to continue.

  5. The restock should now be complete.

This can be done multiple times for a single sales order (SO), depending on how many returns are created from the SO.
