In Katana, you can easily print Quotes or save them as a PDF and all print templates display your company's legal name and address in the footer. Learn how to set up company info.
To customize print templates, Katana has a PDF Editor which allows for customization of design, data fields, and special components (barcodes, images, logos). See how to create your own print templates.
How to print a Quote
Navigate to a Quote card.
Click on the Print icon in the top corner.
Select Quote (or another template) from the list.
Select a printer or save to PDF.
Note: You can only print Quotes individually as Katana doesn't currently support bulk printing.
